It is time for us to rejuvenate our parish Bible studies. Please join us for the LITTLE ROCK course on the gospel of LUKE. Luke’s gospel is a ‘synoptic’ gospel, as are the gospels of Mark and Matthew. Come and discover what that means. Each gospel recounts the story of Jesus’ life, death and resurrection, and is our best source of developing a deeper relationship with Jesus. Marked by the compassion of Jesus, the gospel stories of Luke demonstrate the universal nature of Jesus’ mission. Luke’s focus on God’s faithfulness will encourage our trust in God. The Little Rock study uses a scripture commentary, questions to ponder, discussion, and a teaching dvd. John Skelton will be the facilitator; if we have greater than 10 registrations, Doreen Yochim will facilitate a second group. In order to know how many booklets to order, we would appreciate knowing how many people would plan to attend. Please contact Doreen Yochim with your name and phone number (See: Contact Us on this page for Doreen's email address) or call the parish office phone at 403-253-2251.
