Thank you for your support of Together in Action last year. This year's theme is inspired by Philippians 4:19: "God will fully satisfy every need of yours according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” This scripture encourages us to trust in God's abundant provision and share this abundance with others through service and love.

Our diocesan goal is the same as last year: $2 million. Nearly 50% of the proceeds will go to caring for our retired priests, hospital chaplaincy, and pastoral care. Approximately 10% will support diocesan missions, Mission Council and Elizabeth House. Another 15% will help organizations, such as CCCB (Canadian Conference of Catholic Bishops), Calgary Catholic Immigration Society, and the Canadian Catholic Bioethics Institute.

In addition, for the next three years, close to 30% of the yearly proceeds will be used to support local or regional healing and reconciliation initiatives for residential school survivors, their families, and their communities.

Our Parish goal this year is $36,194. Donations are accepted using various methods on the Donate page. Please mark donations as TIA (Together in Action). TIA envelopes can also be found in the pews.

By contributing to our Parish goal, each of us has a unique opportunity to put our faith into action through almsgiving in the season of Lent. In doing so, we contribute to making a more compassionate world and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
